The Junior League of Seattle was established in 1923 and joined the Association of Junior Leagues International in 1924.  For 100 years, JLS has promoted the well-being of women, children, and families throughout the greater Seattle community.

Throughout its history, JLS has preserved photographs, letters, meeting minutes, scrapbooks and more, documenting the League’s community projects, fundraisers, and dedication to improving the Seattle community. These artifacts are presented on this dynamic site in an effort to share the League’s history with members, potential members, and the community at large.
